HasFriends is a page for your business and a list of people you refer. This is what we keep, why, and for how long.
If you have a page
- Your business name, your name, phone, email, city, photos and anything else you put on your page. It's public, because that's the point. You can hide your phone or email in Contact & data.
- Your sign-in email. We send you a code; there is no password.
- Your friends list and private notes. Notes are only ever shown to you.
- A daily count of views on your page. We don't track who viewed it.
- If you pay for Pro, Stripe handles your card. We see the card brand and last four digits, never the number.
If someone added you without asking
- A referrer can type in your business name and a phone or email so they can recommend you. That makes an unclaimed page with a note that nobody from the business has confirmed it.
- Unclaimed pages don't take messages and aren't shown to search engines.
- You can claim the page, or take it down with the “Not my business” link, at any time.
If you send a message or ask for an introduction
- We send your name, contact details and message to the one business you chose, and nobody else. You tick a box saying so each time.
- We keep a copy for 90 days so you can ask us to delete it, then it's deleted automatically.
- To stop spam we keep a scrambled device identifier for a day. We don't store your IP address.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent anyone's details, or let anyone bulk-download them.
- No advertising trackers on pages.
Your choices
- Download everything we have about you, or delete your account, from Contact & data.
- Hide yourself from any list in How you're listed.
- For anything else, email privacy@hasfriends.app.
