By using HasFriends you agree to these terms.

Your page

• Only claim a page for a business you own or run. If you claim someone else's, we'll take it down.
• You're responsible for what's on your page, including licence and insurance claims.
• Your address is yours while your account is open. If you delete your account, it's released after 30 days.

Referring people

• Only list businesses you actually know and would refer. Don't add people to promote yourself.
• Anyone you list can hide themselves from your list, or report it, without telling you.

Pro

• Pro is $25 a year, billed by Stripe, and renews each year until you cancel.
• If you cancel, Pro lasts until the end of the year you paid for. If a renewal payment fails, we retry for 14 days before Pro ends.
• When Pro ends, your page stays up and your friends list is saved but no longer shown.

Not allowed

• Spam, scraping, or collecting people's contact details from pages.
• Pretending to be a business or a person you're not.
• Anything illegal.

Taking things down

We can hide pages, listings or accounts that break these terms, usually after a report. If we do, we'll tell you why.

HasFriends connects people. We don't check anyone's work, licences or insurance, and we aren't part of any deal you make.
